the other day there was monster reds all over sharkys pier. it almost looked like big ass koi pond. lol i got 4, landed 1 of them the other 3 either spooled me, broke my line and broke my hook. but every one was catching one on free lined green backs.
it was over slot 
one guy had one that was 1/4 inch over slot
