Lake Worth pier,,,,,,reopens!!!

Lui and I fished Lake worth pier for the first time since it's been reopened in May .Mostly a slow morning some jacks and runners ,,,,no bait around the pier.No snook around,no macks .bluefish or Kingfish but some folks were catching small mangrove snappers using small shad for bait casted under the end of the pier. The big plus was we scouted out some future shark fishing spots to replace Delray and we stopped at Generation X Rods and profile rods looking for a 11 to 12 foot surf casting blank.Did'nt catch much but had a productive day in other ways .My brother Jorge who is a commercial fisherman saw a school of mullet heading south out of Haulover cut he said it was atleast 4 blocks long.WOW!!
