I have been waiting for the Spanish to be all over the pier's like this time last year, but they are being stubborn! I figured they were still in the bay with all that bait, so I decided to try a spot that is usually good to me this time of year. I brought my snatch hook just in case a Ray swam by!!! I found the industrial sized Spanish and a few rays to boot.
