I had a few hours to kill this morning, my bait cooler is full, so I decided to just chill out on the beach. I grabbed 3 surf rods and hit my favorite winter surf spot. As I am putting the last rod in the holder I look up to see the first rod I put out doubled over. It turned out to be a nice Drum. About 20 min later I get another good run, and as soon as I get the drum on the beach I hear my other rod absolutely screaming. I unhook the drum and boot him back in and run for my other rod. I thought it was a big Ray at first, but as soon as I felt the head shakes I knew it was a big Bull Red. He kicked my a$$ but I finally got him in. Over the next hour I got two more big uglies and packed it in. I put my foot in the pictures so you can get a size comparison.
