Well Bobby and I went to Pineland and hit the water at 7 am by 7:30 we had around 20 trout and a couple of small snook by 4 pm we had close to 100 trout a few small snook and few snapper. Then we stopped at a deep channel, we got in to some lady fish but the best part was there was a shark eating every lady fish I hooked, I lost 3 ladys before I landed one. I had no shark tackle with me but i wanted to try me luck with him. I took off 2 of the largest treble hooks I had on a lure and doubled up 30 lb floro and tiedon both hooks and put on the lady fish that I landed and tossed it out in the channel, about 10 mins. later here we go its on like donkey kong. 1 hour later I have a 6' 6'' Bull shark tail roped and as I was trying to pull him up on the Kayak with me to take a pic he swung under the kayak and tried to eat the propel drive unit and when I say he tried he did, he ate the prop. He had the whole lower unit in his mouth as you can see from the pics. After he was chewing on the lower unit I tried to finish pulling him up on the kayak and the the tail rope slips off and back in the water he goes, all that hard work down the drain before a picture but i did get a picture of him swimming away. So all and all it was a great day other than I have to get a new prop.
Next time put some hooks on your prop and use that for bait....Dave
Never attempt to have an angry shark the size of your boat try and join you in the boat and never leave any appendages in the water (including props) when an angry shark is nearby 
Could of been much worse if he'd a swung around as you tried to boat em and bitten your crotch and swam off with some vital reproductive apparatus

You are in my fishing spot Travis....LMAO. I grew up like 1/4 of a mile from where you are fishing in this pic. Next time you go there let me know i will go with you and maybe sho you some of the tricks to that area.
are you upset that i knew your fishing spot? i grew up my entire life on Pine Island. Pineland to be specific. Im not sure why its even a big deal. Its a good place for rays as well.

I dont care if anyone knows where I was fishing but you are about 3 miles off. I launched at pineland and headed south 3 miles then southwest past Rat Key a 1/2 mile to the 12' hole. I will going back out there next weekend to do some sharkin. PM me your number and ill call you to go out there.
