Sorry to hear you are having a hard time find them in FUJI brand.
I have personally used the equivalent by AMTAK on grouper rods and have never had any problems with corrosion or the ceramic ring popping out, the only issue would be different ring color than the Hardloy in your picture.

When you were looking for the CULG guides in SFSC forum and in Boatless forum multiple members readily came to your assistance.
Now you found the #10's & #12's you were looking for so you should be all set. 
I've tried contacting you in PM's for your assistance locating some of the CULG but no response
