New outer and inner rings and all new bars.
It needs a new spoolif you want it to look nice,
the one on there is a bit worn but not rough.
Drag is smooth clicker is good.

I have the old bars and old outer and inner chrome rings
they come with it also.
I put about $35 in new parts in this reel already.
