How old is that rod?What is it's length?Looks like thick walls and oldschool braced guides but i doubt seriously you'll be able to get $400 for it but I guess it's worth a shot

The length is 7' 2" and is pre 60's I believe because of the wooden fore grip, I believe they did not start using the foam and cork until in the 60's. As for the price it is down to $300.

in my opinion no blank is gonna be worth 300 even if it is a harnell granted they r good rods but there are much better now and 300 for a rod your gonna have to strip and redo soon. i wish tim the best of luck with the sale but he will never sell it for 300.
