i am from Minnesota, i know this sounds crazy, but i am crazy about shark fishing, theres no bigger thrill than paddling out bait to reel in a monster, or the glowstick shooting into the gulf because the man in the gray suit was hungry. as you can imagine, a guy from minnesota has a lot of trouble finding the gear needed for these trips to florida. I'm just a shark fishing dude looking for morsels of information. I've tried to find them on ebay, i can rarely find decent deals. if anyone has these reels and is able to ship them, i will buy them. i will not screw anyone over, I'm not that kind of guy, i am pursuing a degree in youth ministry and am trying to plan trips and acquire these reels to take my wife and small group down in march. basically, i need some help.

X2! Search Tampa Bay area Craigslist and just give the seller a call and tell them your situation. Most will tell you to "come get it" and be jerks about it but you may be able to find someone to ship if you offer to pay the shipping costs. Id be sure to try to figure out if you can use paypal or something so you dont get screwed but sounds like you have a little time on your hands before its needed.
