thinking if i use them both on a double hook rig, it will increase my chances of hookup, cause there will be 4 hooks technically instead of 2. just experimenting

Shark Regulations

These laws have been interpreted by many and as far as most intelligible fishermen and their lawyers friends can determine, the law is in regards to the use of hooks with multiple shanks, such as a treble hook or even 4-barbed hook. Also, our goal is NOT upon the harvesting of sharks at all; it is with the intentions of release in the best way possible of a magnificent creature we have deceived and overcome in fierce battle. I don't eat sharks so catch and release is my way to go so how does this law affect me? Especially considering the majority of sharks I can catch now are restricted from harvest anyhow.

I feel that this law was written to still allow people targeting mako sharks and others on lures to keep their chances the same with treble hooks on their lures.

Just an average fisherman.

wait mark there are still sharks you can keep? i think when the print the regulations it would be easier to print out the sharks you can keep instead of the mile long list of sharks you cant keep.
