I'd be interested in some sort of Kayak cart that had rod holders, would make moving up the beach 1000 times easier.

Im looking for a kayak cart with tires that I can wheel across the sand without exhausting myself. Low pressure wide tires, anything like that?

Hey,
I have an Ocean Kayak Frenzy ( http://www.oceankayak.com/kayaks/single ... renzy.html). Getting it down the beach is the worst part of shark fishing and occasionaly the reason we wont make a trip.

I'm looking for a compact cart (possibly able to break down and store in a small space) that can help getting it down the beach. 2 beach wheels, I guess. 4 rod holders. Bare metal or heavy duty pvc would be fine.

What do you think something like that would run?

Sorry its taken so long for me to get back to everyone. I have been trying to design a kayak cart and beach cart tire design that will carry huge amounts of weight still be a small size and still be functional and I have go it figured out now. The prices for the kayak carts will be 550, I know the price is high but there is almost 400 in tires on these things, each cart will have rod holders, and 4 tires 16x6.5 but they will be setup in dually fashion so that it will not sink in any sand. And each tire has a 300 lb weight rateing that puts the load capacity at arount 1200lbs they will have 1'' steal axles and be made with hight quality aluminum frames. Please let me know if anyone is still intrested and I'm sorry I can't do any better on the price just the materials for these carts are very expensive
