Boat motor repair needed ASAP

My father's 31' century with 2x250 yamaha saltwater IIs are near the end of their life, as one of the yamahas may have thrown a rod. We all know how hard it is to find work, and at the same time, you know the price of taking your boat to a dealership for a repair.

The boat is located in Sarasota, and either of us could meet you at the marina the boat is sitting at.

It looks like a blown powerhead or a thrown rod, to a complete rebuild of the motor. Any advice would be great, as neither of us have time to take the motor apart. The point of this thread is to ask if any marine mechanics want some work, we could negotiate a price, barter, cash, trade, whatever works.
