we need to suggest some of these ideas to some reel companies

i have a friend in south venice who has a lever drag 9/0 it was made back in the 70des for mako fishing the northeast it is a senetor 9/0 with int guts with the lever drag never seen one untill last year i fish with him quite a bit i will ask him if i can barrow it and poast picts apperantley they were very common in the northeast in the 70 and 80 cuz it was cheaper to convert than buy a leverdrag

That sounds awesome! Now I want one, lol. I was just thinking the other day about "widening" a 4/0 HLW. Im about to dig out the sawzall and give my old "long beach" a look and see if I can "widen" it up. Sounds like a cool concept to me. Thinking in the back of my mind about a 12/0 WIDE! lol! Id like to see that!
