I'm in Venice shopping for line for my 12/0. Shopping the internet I've priced bass bro and bullbuster.bullbuster looks like the best deal so far.I've got about 600 to 700yrds of 150pp on now so I'm just looking to top it off with 100lb mono.I'm guessing I'll get about 500 yards. My question is where else should I shop. Also how close/far is my line estimate??? Thanks.
I'm spooling my chrome spool 12/0 soon too and am interested in the line estimates. I'm doing 300yd 130lb JB hollow to 130 mono though. Read somewhere that should get me close to 1000 yds.
Bullbuster IMO from the use on my 6/0 and 9/0 is superior quality! I've have 100lb stuck before and couldn't for the life of me break it..
Another brand I'm looking into is the Hi-Seas Grand Slam. Mostly because they have 2lb spools where Bullbuster does not.
