If I hadn't seen this myself I would not have believed it ; a couple years ago ,I heard that maybe there'd be something like this built but then I couldn't find any more info
Here it is

I guess it'll take either aSuburu 7HP MOTORor a HONDA6HPtops out 20mph ; assembles in 2 MINUTES; the two pcs: bow/stern can fit into the center section to compact it for transport
runs 8-10 hrs on 3 gal. of gas
DRAFT= 4inches
and it's a JET-DRIVE!!
PRETTY WILD ,HUH??

I beleive Florida law requires treated same as actual boat, with plates, registration, and allllll of tgat. We were gonna put trolling motor on a kayak at one point

That thing would make life a lot similar. People be fighting over who got to run the next bait.

although it would be easier to transport and get to the beach I would rather have a Sea Doo (used price) for fishing. I never had a problem punching through rough surf with a Hobie and the mirage drive either.

cool concept, more for fun on the water than fishing applications IMO.
