Roller guides for braid - Stuart or Aftco?

Looking at getting the Chaos ST50-100 / STA 50 - 100 and not sure which guides to go with. Which are better for braid, the Aftcos or the Stuarts? I know some roller guides have issues with braid getting trapped between the roller and frame.

Anyone else use these rods?

Dan

yea i wouldnt personally use rollers for braid. maybe if you were using a very long topshot. but i would just go with some normal boat guides.

Not set on rollers by any means, it just seems that the stand-up style rods 50 class and higher tend to have them. Any suggestions on a good rod with standard guides then? Under $300 would be nice. I'm thinking of matching it with a Penn international 70vsw or an Avet 50w and 130lb braid/100lb mono topshot.

I do love the look of the Chaos rods though! 8-)

edit: There's a 50-100 Chaos with just a roller tip and stripper. Would that be better?
