anybody know anything about them? my buddy had one and we loved it thinking about getting one for Christmas what do you guys think?
i have never heard of them. i just looked them up tho and they look like a knock off avet. if they put out the drag they say they do that would be nice. if you used your buddys and you liked it i would get one. stingraytackle.com has them and has a "risk free trial" meaning you have 2 weeks to send it back.
i just compared some prices. the omotto s12 is the size of a mxl but costs 100 more then a fully american made reel that has been tried and tested.
You can find them cheaper than avets, I am not a big fan of avets had some problems with them we never had a problem with the omoto and caught tons of fish on them inculding a nice bull shark and a king, jumped a few tarpon on them and it performed flawless just wanting some more info about them
