I needed a boat rod for this weekend for the 80W Avet, Going for a 12-15 foot hammer or that 12' Bull that was swimming around the boat 2 weeks ago. Well this is what I threw together 
looks awesome, how did you get the blank white?
Its an old Fischer Blank they came in white but they were hard to find.
It's a beautiful rod, Travis, as usual!

I think they have like 5 or 6 different colors
i saw that, I just wasn't sure if it held up to abuse or not, thanks ill give that a try

i use paint from walmart and then put a thin layer of flexcoat over the blank
nice red reel seat to match the reel as well!
