Thank you guys for all your positive replies. When i had this idea in my mind, i research it all over the web, and i was surprised to see that there were just few sparking ideas about this, but nobody actually posted a picture or pictures with a rod that was actually done. I didn't really knew how actually the rod will look like when finished, but after few months of sampling, i found the right formula that gave me the results that i had in my mind, which is what you guys seen in thous pictures.
There was truly hard work put into this rod, and to give you an idea, because of the wide diameter of the blank, the gimbal had to be custom made. I had to call my father in Hungary, and ask him to CNC one for me. I sent him the technical sheet with all the dimensions needed and after a month he send me a perfect gimbal for this rod. Also, Aftco reel seats don't come with anything between the two rigs that ties the reel on the reel-seat. I actually had to use what's called "social engineering" and call a company to get my hands on two piece of delrin spacers that fit perfectly between the aluminum rings to tighten without unloosing the rings, which usually happens when metal-to-metal rings are tight together. All this is just a small peak of the work done on this rod, not to mention the other things involved.

I threw a 2 inch band of red reflective tape on my DLX35H and two one inch bands on my 14/0's rod just for the hell of it. (I had some left over from putting some on my canoe so I dont get "BUZZED" by idiots in boats anymore). Mine flashes pretty well, but NOTHING like your rod man :D lets me know where the rods are while I paddle out the baits. I usually have goofballs turning lights on and off "looking for shells" or whatever they're doing and moving around while Im out there not sure which way I need to go to keep the lines straight . Again, Awesome idea man.
