i finally got my 9/0 rod from joe and it looks bad ass i will defiantly have him build my others. for only 16 or 17 he has the know how to go far building rods. we ended up doing a slow spiral on it and once i put a tip on it im gonna put it to the test. here are a few pics of it i took with my cell phone idk if he took any of it.
edit the thread is purple and black but for some reason the pics look blue.

Im still not a huge fan of that acid wrap, butit does look nice

i love acid wrapped rods. he is doing 3 more of my rods soon maybe 4 im thinking about redoing my kingfish rod.
