I have only used fluro as a leader material. It is very expensive but it is nearly invisible if not totally invisible in the water.

I would say go with monofilament. I am kind of new to shark fishing but mono has a bigger diameter from braid but is much cheaper and more abrasion resistant and has stretch. braid has no strech therefore when a fish hits a bait super hard it could rip it out of his mouth or snap the line. flourocarbon is nearly invisible in the water and is very expensive... i have not used it for main line or braid because i always use monofilament because of the stretch and the cheap prices and abrasian resistance. i can not say anything about braid or flouro because i have not used it much but monofilament works for me but it has to be changed out more often than the other 2.

Hope i helped a little bit goodluck fishing!
