Everols and recent catches

Hey guys when I joined the forum just before the BHC I stated how I was picture deficient and wanted to change those ways. Usually I fish with a few buddies and we hurry so much to get the catch released alive that pictures don't happen. So, I started working on speed to take pictures. Also, here is a some pictures of my 1spd everols I fish with; 4/0 and 6/0 are newer models 90s-2000s, and the 9/0 and 12/0 are from the 70's. Of note, it doesn't take someone rich to own these exquisite reels either as I searched hard and found all 4 used for less than $1,000 combined. And after over 2 years of owning these reels I haven't replaced a single part. They are absolute tanks and allowed me to part with all my senators I had acquired (16/0, 14/0s, 9/0s, 6/0wides, 6/0s, 4/0wides and 4/0s were replaced by 4 reels)

All 4 together:

4/0:

6/0:

9/0:

12/0:

Anclote Pier Catches:
About a 7' Lemon caught and released on 4/0 everol using a mudray wing for bait (was alone that night):

5'10" Bull caught on 4/0 everol using a 3ft bullshark live for bait (shark was eaten by a buddy, fins used by a chinese buddy, and jaws taken by another buddy....nothing wasted:

Goliath caught and released on 4/0 everol using a dead 1-2lb cownose whole for bait:

Ft. Desoto Catch
About a 7' Bull that was hooked with secondary hook and primary wrapped around neck and grabbing leader, effectively lassoing him. Brought him in as dead weight for over 700yds on my 12/0 everol. Spent sometime in the water with him and was a successful release

Unfortunately the 5$ charge has not come into effect and no information on when it will has been released. I have emailed Pinellas County Parks and Recreation asking if once the charge is in effect if any thought or consideration is being made to open the piers 24hrs once again. Only time will tell......

Man am I so dumb, Wife and I was at a flea market the other day here in Nuremburg and I saw a Everol 12/0 for 50 euros ( about 75$) and I did not buy it. I was so hanged up on getting a Penn. That will not happen again trust me. I just talked to a buddy that is stationed in Italy and now I got him watching also. Does anyone know of anymore good european brand reels that are good also that I can watch for? I got 2 months before I am back in FL. for leave and I want to try and get 2 more rigs before then with out getting killed by the wife. LOL

Hey guys went out to juno beach for a night of beach fishing and wanted to thank timmyt for the hospitality and the help of learning some beach fishing tricks. Wasnt an overly spectacular night but I did catch or should I say dragged in, what I thought was a nurse, an 8-8.5ft tiger on my 12 everol  . The shark was exhausted so limited pics with it for a successful release. Oh and timmy has the pics on his hightech disposable
