Anyone know anything bout davis rods???
I got a 130Lb class and I love it. Only thing is the rollers are a little on the small side. It was worth every dime I paid for it. Mullethead and I had it doubled and had no problems. I get mone off E-bay for like 80$ I think. Also came with a rod sock.
Mil is correct, I have a 130lb that came with my 14/0 and I only planned to use it until I broke it. I have beat the $hit out of it this year and it hasn't broken a sweat. The rollers are comically small, I couldn't run a uni to uni through it with 125 mono to 150 power pro. I just discovered the sebile knot and that solved the problem. Other than the rollers I have nothing negative to say about them, I would buy another.
ok good cuz i think im gonna pick up one of the 130's with regular guides on it jst to make sure i can have a top shot with it seeing as i only have a daiwa 900h and only got 700 yds of 80lb on it now but if ya'll trust em for the price then im gonna grab one too thanx
