Biggin' Set-Up Help

So, i have been doing this shark hunting for a few seasons now. My season is coming to an end... moving, baby preparing... I want to start prepping for next season when i am living near the beach. I can catch the 3ft'ers with NO issues. I want to build an off the shelf set-up that i can paddle out with a kayak. Would like to spend less than $300. Seeing as i cant cast a conventional set-up to save my life i figured paddling one out and dropping it wouldnt be such a bad idea.

Rod and Reel suggestions?

Maybe i can build it with a spinning reel? 10500 Spinfisher V w/ a 7ft heavy action rod? The 10500SSV comes standard with 40# of drag...

My current BIG GAME Set-up for throwing 8nBait
Reel - Okuma Avenger ABF 90 (maxes at 27# of drag with the spool upgrades i did)
Rod - Ugly Stik 12ft (heaver) (can throw about 150ft with it)
Line - 450+ yrds of 80# PP - 24" Shock leader of 100# Fluro
Leader - 250lb swivel - 24" 300# Mono - 18" 7strand cable - 7/0 Circle

Any help would be appreciated!

If I had $300 right now this is what I would build.
PENN 10 0 $150
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Penn-Senator-10-0-Big-Game-Reel-/231051201228?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item35cbb98acc
Then I would get a 80-130lb gator glass blank $99

or just look for a decent shark rod built for $100-$150.
