Hey guys, I have a 14/0 filled with 125lb bullbuster with a Topshot of 200lb bullbuster. This created a big Albright knot. I was wondering if anyone has any info on eye guides and a tip, not rollers that would allow that knot to pass . Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem when I put a #200 topshot on my 14. What I did was wrap the knot in a little electrical tape to keep the tags down. Seems to work pretty well of you don't wanna replace guides

How long does the tape stay on? Does it get the reel/line dirty?

It stays on for a while, and if you just get some halfway decent tape it doesn't leave any residue. Seems to work pretty well, but anything is gonna be difficult with the really heavy mono
