Avet customer service A+++

Just bought two brand new Avet 80w's from an Avet distributor, through ebay.

Both arrived in a timely fashion but upon inspection one of them has absolutely no drag. None at the freespool setting, none at strike, and none at full.
The second real appears just fine.

I called avet directly and spoke with a fantastic guy named Art. He said it is possible that something is missing within the reel, such as the drag cam.
He asked me to email him and he will generate a fedex shipping label to send it to them, and will send me a new real along with all postages paid.
Nice to see such a friendly and helpful company....try that with an offshore company!
