Ande line

I was gave some andes line by a friend of mine who moving out of fla he bought and never used it. is it good mono for backing or should I sell it

Before moimoi, before yozuri line, befor bull buster, before a lot of lines there was ande, go take a look in the old pics section and see if those fish would satisfy you, most llikely it was ande in those reels!

Just an average fisherman.

Anytime you buy a used reel, change the line.
You have no way to know what that line has been through, HOW would you feel hooking a 10ft hammer and he takes you to the knot,Woooops! there is NO KNOT! the end of the line rolls out the guides while your jaw hits the ground.
MANY things can/could be wrong there.

I say this for any new person reading, not you since you are getting "new line" :?
And yes Ande line is top notch line in my book....used it for 40 years

i love ande line my 6/0 and 9/0 have it. if they made a braid i would prolly use it on my spinning reels to.

World class line --the original and Holder of more world records then any other line .Great line and does not over test as much as Sufix.
