I have 2 extra spools of line laying around so I thought id respool the 12/0. The only issue is which spool of line to use. I have 1500 yard spool 150lb power pro and I have a 1200yd spool 130lb jb hollow core. I dont plan on splicing the line. Im just curious which one you would use to line your penn 12/0 and why?

Use the power pro, jb is too good for a 12/0 and it costs more than the reel itself

Got them both for free not worried about cost, does the hollow core stand up to abrasions better or worse than the power pro.

Jerry brown then, it sinks so it doesnt get cut off by boats and doesnt cut as easily as pp
