This summer has been a pretty good one up here in GA. Weve been beach fishing, dock fishing, jetty fishing, boat fishing, bridge fishing, pier fishing..we've done it all this summer.
im gonna start back in late may and work my way up to now. Some of these may have already been posted, but i cant remember so sorry if they have.
After fishing the keys last spring we have been turned on to bridge fishing.. this is a localbridge we have been fishing, but havent really had any success to speak of.

early this summer we had a sharpnose invasion, and this was the first shark we had caught on casted gear besides sharpnoses. a 5'10" lemon.

we got this big 6'8" tipper using a sharpnose as bait.

got the big gear set up for the night.

one afternoon we were surprised by two big bull reds on the casted rods.

new spot.

a few sexy baits.

these next few are all boat sharks.

small tiger

8fter

a couple other good ones.

got em on

big aj for bait while fishing in Grayton Beach

nice blacktip on a 5000 spinning reel. (lip gaffed and released)

two lemons from a nearby creek.

bigger lemon at that same dock.

swimming out baits

big 17 lb bonnet

7ft tiger off the SSI Pier

bowed up on a nice blacktip.

6ft bull caught on the back half of an AJ

moose flounder off the pier.

big ray on casted gear

rare Georgia snook

two nice ones we lost while fishing the jetty.
went down to Fernandina Beach for the day and caught 1 blacknose and one blacktip. Heres the tipper

and heres me fighting the blacnose

also got a few small runs in fernandina on another bait and reeled in this

hope you guys enjoyed, hopefully we can get a few more good sharks this year before our season starts to slow down!

Good work guys, keep it up, you'll get one of those monster tigers some day.

Just an average fisherman.

yep, alot of people never even think of Georgia when it comes to shark fishing.. Right in our area is supposedly the 2nd largest nursing ground for sharks on the East coast of the US. Give us some time and i feel like you guys will be seeing some monsters from us in the near future.
