Took some newbies out Sharkin'

I took my buddy from work, his girlfriend, and his buddy out for a night of sharking. None of them have ever caught a shark before, so I was hoping to put them on some toothies. About a half hour after we get the spread set out we get a run, but the shark dropped it. About an hour later the 80W goes off, and I tell my buddy to get harnessed up. By the time he is harnessed up I have the hook set and the fight is on! He ended up with a nice thick 6ft6in Bull.

About 2 hrs later my lucky 12 goes out, and I tell his buddy to get harnessed up while I hook it up. This shark fought like hell, and turned out to be a fat 6ft Bull.

We get a few m
ore runs through the night, but nothing commits. At 6am my 80W goes out strong, and I hook it up as my buddy gets his girlfriend harnessed up. As soon as I got the hook set I knew this was a good fish! She fought this shark like a champ, and ended up with the biggest shark of the trip a 7ft 1in THICK A$$ Bull!!!

The cool thing about this trip is these were the first sharks they have ever caught, and their biggest fish ever! I think they are hooked now!!! We had to fish a Bay spot due to the surf being kinda squirley, but it was a good choice!

There was a 9 footer caught there earlier this year, and I have lost some big ones there. Lots of snags, but a pretty good spot if you know where to go.
