Awesome report with great success. Hopefully I will see you guys during the big hammer challenge, I try to fish all over even though I am from the Tampa Area. As for a rental for the whole month, you may spend more time on the beach than in a rental, might be better to do weekly rentals say 1 week in keys (to stock up on bait and shark fish) then a week in west palm, then a week in boca grande. Then you have an extra week to fish either coast. I only mention these two areas as it seems the largest of hammers can be caught in these two locations.

Great report. Makes me want to grab my gear and head to the beach right away... But work has to come first.. Hope to see all soon on the beaches. Cant wait for the Blacktipchallenge to get here. I would like more info on the Big Hammer Challenge: everything i read on it is outdated 2 years ago. Maybe i am looking in the wrong place.
