Well me and two buddies decided to take another trip to boca so we filled up our cooler with bait and off we went. We got all the baits out at about three and right away we get a blacktip. A few hours pass and the sun starts falling and at about 7pm we get a lil 6foot bull, an hour later we get another the same size. At about 9pm my buddies 10/0 goes off and i set hook and it starts peeling drag i fought him for about and hour and got a nice 8'6 bull little did we know his grandpa is around. So we get situated and my buddy gets in the yak and starts to take out a few fresh baits and the 12/0 goes off so my other buddy picks it up and lays wood. The fish smoked about 200 yards off like it was nothin so after a hour and a half battle we beach him. We didnt have a tape so we used my buddies 10ft gatorglass as a guesstimate and the fish was just shy of the length of the whole rod. I estimate it to be between 9'6-9'8 feet and well over 375lbs. This is for sure a night that will never be forgotten!!

Dude that's some big bulls right there.A 9ft 6 or 8 inch bull would be the biggest BULL anywhere from land in 2010 .So all we we're waiting for is them pics.One hour and a half sounds about right for a 9 ft 8 inch bull ,,,,,,that's AWESOME!!!! Congratulations. Was it a male or a female?

Im pretty sure it was a male because all the other bulls were females with rub marks on the base of their tales from mating and this one did not.

Oh that aint bad fresh bait is key i guess... And will messaged me about the drum washing up on the beach i left early and my buddies must have not threw them out far enough. And the trip before that a shark was washed up on the beach cause it died somehow and we had to swim it out so no locals made a big scene about it! I noticed alot of people that live down there are stuck up and don't care about us shark fisherman so its best to keep them happy so they don't whine about things and try and ban us from the beach. I apologize about the drum!
