Went to a local private beach last night with some macs and jacks and casted a few 4/0's out. Stiff offshore wind and slow tide... Managed 2 5ft blacktips and a few other nice run and drops.. Didn't see any crab buoys close in which was nice.. Should still be good until this weekend front.

That's pretty good action, especially on casted rigs. Hopefully there will continue to be some areas without all the crab traps. I think some places get more traps put out there than others.
