south beach july 1

went to south beach with joe fred and a bunch of friends. it was freds b-day so we had to go shark fishing we put all the rods out around 7 pm so i suprised fred by inviting a bunch of girls so they brought him a cake sang the happy birthday song and when he was going to blow out the candles they hit him with the cake in the face one of the girls that came was really excited to see a shark and she wanted to catch one so i take out a 6/0 that i always bring just in case someone wants to show up around 1 hour later my 14/0 starts running she tells me i want to fight it i told her the rod weights to much for her after i set the hook i start reeling it in i could tell it was small so i tell her get the rod and fight it her eyes opened wide and grabs the rod she starts fighting the fish after about 4 min of fighting standing up i ask her if she was tired so i set the rod on the floor and joe helps her fight it after 15 -20 min she brings it in a 5ft 4inch black tip she was so excited that she ask me when are we going again cause she will be there.
