Sebastian Trip (1st cold front) It was a feeding frenzy!!!!!

Didnt have much time to rest after our huge 8 shark trip,i maybe got 6 hours sleep in 3 days but i knew i couldnt let fatigue get in my way once i saw the cold front coming so i decided to call my teacher and favorite person in the world to fish with JD Hammer. We begin talking and shout at the same time Sebastian Inlet. So that was it we were set for a journey to Sebastian Inlet were we knew the first cold front of the year would have the place jumping off. We didnt leave till 10:30 saturday night cuz i had to finish watching the CANES stomp ucf. We stopped at our first destination in jupiter and mullets were everywere getting bashed, but the snooks wouldnt bite for anything so we continued on down to Sebastian Inlet were we arrived at around 5am to a 30 to 40 degree wind chill, and huge waves splashing ice cold water all over every fisherman out there and making them earn everything they caught. It was blue fish mayhem from the minute the sun came up,to the minute it went down. We must have caught a combined 2-300 blue fish. And that wasnt a bad thing if you asked young anglers Mark and Meir. Mark alone must have caught 60-70 blue fish and a trophy 4lb spanish mackeral. The sun finally came out and after studying the mullets, the tide, and a few other intangibles Me and Hammer both knew it was going to be a Snook and Red fish grand finally once the tide started going out in the late afternoon. So i grabbed my sleeping bag and drifted off in to a deep sleep under a tree by the beach, with the sound of waves and a cool breeze as my remedy. 5 oclock hit and i darted str8 to hammer at the end of the inlet , and told him partner (Its Show Time).Sure enogh hammer had to big silver mullets ready for he and him.He tells me look the mullets are almost in place, and while all the So called locals were still in there blue fish rage with gotchas and top water plugs, Me and hammer nail a prized double header!!mine being a 38 inch 20-25 lb redfishh and hammers being a beautiful 34-36 inch snook. we got one of the nicest pictures i own of me and the hammer holding our fish right before we released them. We fininshed the trip with all of us catching a ton of blue fish,Mark with his 4lb mackeral,Shannon with a 38 inch red fish and 2 keeper snooks,Meir with his 40lb sting ray and next weeks bait,And the HAMMER with his keeper 30 inch snook and another that was way to big at 34-36 inches.Maybe the best Sebastian Trip i have ever had,and one that i will cherish forever as i had the Old Man with me while still fishing what seems to me as his prime.

Only One word to describe this trip ,these pictures .this story with it's perfect timing based on hardcore fishing knowledge, past history and a careful study of Florida's fantastic fishing during this season and that word is

"CLASSIC"

That picture of Shannon and Jd is going on the front of the website and the topic is being moved to the top as a sticky based on it's classic content.Great job to Shannon and all involved .CONGRATULATIONS!!!I only wish i would of been there with you guys.
