Went with kyle last night, got baits out by 5ish and let them soak til 8, heard pete was fishing the btc down the beach from us so we figured if we hadn't got a hit yet we weren't and went to go say hi to pete. As soon as we walk down on the beach pete said you'll never believe what I just released. 9' 2" bull fat as can be, 65" girth. I wish I had pictures cause she was massive, I also wish we got there 10min earlier to help pete drag the monster on the beach. We called up chris to let him know about it and he did the formula for us and she was 501. It was pete's biggest bull to date and he said it put the 450lb bull he caught in the river to shame. What made me and kyle really mad was that we were gonna go fish on the beach pete was at and we wanted a big bull. I'm happy pete got her though, since it should win the btc for him.

No he's not a SFSC member. But watch out for him this tournament season, he might fish the BHC but if they hold shorebound this year he's teaming up with chris bishop and they'll be a force to be reckoned with, kyle's gunna be on that team and depending on what everyone's doing maybe chase and I. Pete's got the spots for the big boy tigers and we've got the spots for the king kong sized hammers, fishing this spring is going to be insane, pete's going to fish with us and with the amount of big bulls this early there's going to be some monster's come april and with bullbusters already putting an 11' t-head on the beach we might be doing battle with some big hammers in a few weeks.
That is one BIG BULL.Congrats to Pete and team .Yes indeed Chris and Pete would be a team to fear if they decide to fish any tourneys together this year but there are always teams in the panhandle and other places that could challenge them.One thing for sure --we are on a path to ONE OF THE BEST LBSF YEAR'S EVER.
