was on my way to long key and stop at channel 5 and ran in to some friends and stayed there had a good time and we caught a few fish , 1 tarpoon about 60-75 lbs, 1 blacktip 51inches and 1 mangrove snaper then nothing else had 4 rods out 12/0 with a whole 8lb bonita 9/0 with half of a 7lb bonita , 50wide with a fat slab of bonita and the 80 wide with a 3ft cuda and they sat for 6hrs of the out going tide and the 3 hrs of the incomeing and not a single bite. but i guess thats why its called fishing and not catching.and to make it even better one of my buddys thats was with me never been to the keys and never slept outside so when that wind started i got in my sleeping bag and i gave him one and he lasted about 2 hours till he went to the truck to sleep indoors. but i think he will be better prepared next time. will try to get pics on soon need to try to make them smaller. tryed to post but says file to big.
