WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE REPORT OF 2011 ,,POST A LINK TO YOUR FAVORITE AND TELL US WHY IT'S YOUR FAVORITE

This was the ONE report that got my heart beating fast when I saw it and it led to my venturing to the west coast (Boca Grande area)during the spring of this year while the Big Hammer Challenge raged on ,,and this report led to me hooking a monster hammer that destroyed my Penn 14/0 before my eyes and not too far from where Team Hammer Wranglers caught this amazing combination of sharks .What's your favorite Report of 2011.
Anytime you have 6 big sharks in a report like these guys did you know it was a fabulous time on the beach .When I saw this report I KNEW THE WEST COAST HAD ARRIVED TO A PROPER PLACE.No longer would the east coast Palm Beach guys dominate like they had in the past now it was an even fight and Team Hammer Wranglers were the guys that made history with the biggest Hammerhead ever caught in the Big Hammer Challenge Catch and Release Tournament.

AMAZING CATCHES IN THIS REPORT

1)104 inch Bull (8ft 8 inches)- Andrew Herzog (SFSC member)
2)94 inch Bull (7ft 10 inch)-Mallory Herzog (SFSC member)
3)99 inch Bull(8ft 3 inch)-Nino Diamandi
4)94 inch Bull(7ft 10 inch)-Andrew Herzog (SFSC member)

viewtopic.php?f=32&t=3743&p=22627#p22627 This post and some of the other posts from Doug have really stuck out to me and this one in particular with the quality of the pictures, the style of fishing, and the well-rounded, different species covered makes this one of the best posts of 2011.

Just an average fisherman.

"Went shark fishing three nights this month and got a new personal best lemon and bull...8'7 and 8'2" respectively. Still trying for the tiger..."

So many great reports this year. This one is far from the best but how many times do you hook in to a nice shark ( a Big Bull in this case ) and your handle breaks off in the middle of the fight? My buddy Brad replaced my 12/0 handle with his 14/0 handle and I was able to continue the battle and brought in a Big Bull. That was an awesome night. Good times!!!!

Beautiful weekend on the beach for Total Release. Kyle landed a 8"11 very pregnant bull Saturday morning. Thanks to the Neptunes for all the support.

Our camp. Cold and windy!

The One That Got Away!!
