I want to start this report with a big thanks to everyone who made this trip possible.Blake,chase thanks for taking us to a new beach that really produces some great fishing.A big thanks to the normal crew Mike,chris as always you guys are always up for sharking no matter what and make a great team to shark it up with always.Our day started out early by meeting our new friend and future shark club member Blake who also had his friend Chase with him from West Vig at about 4:30 witch is early for us since the normal crew is always late to hit the sand.We load up the kayak and drive across the street to the beach in the City of Golden Beach.
By about 5:30 pm we are all rigged up and ready to start dropping baits.This would be the first time we have used a two person kayak to drop double baits at once,and it worked out great and cut out alot of time in the cold water.By the time all the drops were done we had two 80w,one 50w,one 14/0,one 12/0,and a 9/0 in the water drpoed all different depthes.Our night started off early with a nice run on mikes 80w that hooks up with a nice shark.
The second hit of the day comes on my 14/0Now this one had the idea in his mind that he would try to out run me and come stright in and make me play catch up,but in the end of a short fight he was beached.
The third catch of the day comes when Chris 80w starts to run at the same time as mikes 80w that turns up with a double hook up and two nice sharks beached.

We finished of the night with one more catch that was on blakes 12/0 for a nice black tip.(Sorry no pic).
All in all we had five beached sharks and 3 more runs with no hook up.The night turned out great and was wraped up at about 12:30 am with every one very happy of the out come and ready for the next trip.

This was a great trip.It would be the mosr sharks we have caught in on night for us,as well as meeting blake who is a real stand up guy,and a great sharker and dosent mind to jump into anything.Weather he was yaking out baits or handling the shark he was on point.Keep in mind Blake id from maryland so he wount be here all year,but we have each others numbers and we will make trips as he comes down every couple of months.So look out for this new up and commer Blake.I am sure he will be putting up some big catches on the sand soon.Agian Blake we had a great time thanks for hooking up with us,and we look foward to our next trip.Nick
Thanks to all you guys for coming out to Golden Beach and teaching me some sharking tactics. I had a great time out on the beach with all of you. I am looking forward to getting back down to florida and doing it again. I think im gonna be down the middle of March, i will keep you posted.

right on nicky with those 5 u shud be in the lead with the most sharks, to catch anything in these dead months is a bonus, by the way i hate to say it but this year with my daughter and life more organized, i will be flying by you in numbers come april, so keep at it my friend lol, you to hammer!!! i let you slide last year old man, you know most sharks is all mine like 07!!!
