Hey guys,

Went out the maryland/delaware seashore for another weekend of sharking. I drove down to the beach from Baltimore friday afternoon with the intention of spending all of friday night and saturday night sitting on the beach fishing.

Friday night/morning started off very well. The ocean was nice and calm (which is rare up here) so the kayaking was nice and easy. First hit comes at about midnight (we didnt get the baits out till 11 pm). My buddy ben fights the fish and pulls up a nice Sandtiger. I forget the exact length but it was around 8 feet. It was tagged and released.

The next fish came at about 2 or 3 in the morning. The rod went slack, so i picked it up and set the hook. After about a 25 minute fight I pulled up this nice Sand Tiger.

We didnt get our next hit until about 7 in the morning. I once again was on the rod and pulled up a 9 foot Sand Tiger. I have this one on video.

Saturday night/morning was much slower. The only fish we caught came at about 9.45 PM and was a nice little sandbar shark which was tagged and released.

-This guy and his little daughter were fascinated by the little shark.

Happy fishing!

meir,

they really aren't much of a fight. I would much rather catch a blacktip.
