Lost a huge bull last night
Me and my buddy decided we wanted to do some shark fishing so we loaded up the truck and drove to st.pete pier. right when we get there i snag a 50 pound mud ray i split it up into 3 pieces and out on the kayak the lines went. We sat there and talked for awhile and it started to rain so we ducked for cover, as we were standing there i said i bet you one will go off while its raining. ten minutes later my 12/0 started screaming so i ran over and set hook and the fight was on. first run he made about 150 yard run,2nd run he did about the same,3rd run he ran another 100. So in all i fought this bull for a good 2hours in the pouring rain and some freaky lightning. There were gust off 50 mph but i stayed strong the whole thing. If fought this bull to the point of exhaustion me and the shark. we got it up to the pier and buddy grabbed the leader but let go so she sank to the bottom and got stuckaround so old pilons down there and got stuck we tried to pull her out for another hour and she wouldnt budge so im about to go dive down there know and pull her out so she isnt wasted.

Dang that sucks man.
