YOU KNOW WHEN THE FEELING YOU GET IN YOUR GUT WHEN YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING THAT FEELS RIGHT AND YOU KNOW IT'S THE RIGHT THING AND WHAT YOU MUST DO.WELL THAT'S HOW I FEEL ABOUT THIS SITE IT'S MEMBERS ,THE THE SFSC AND IT'S MEMBERS ALSO.I'M LIKE A PROUD FATHER WHO HAS SEEN HIS KID GO FROM CRAWLING ON THE FLOOR TO WALKING WITH A BOTTLE CHASING MOMMY AROUND THE HOUSE ,TO SEEING THAT BOY RIDE A BIKE FOR THE FIRST TIME.I AM PROUD OF WHAT OUR FISHERMAN ON THIS SITE DO,,,,,NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO ,BUT WHAT THEY ACTUALLY DO.ANYONE CAN TALK AND SAY WHAT THEY CAUGHT ONCE BUT ON THIS SITE THE FISHERMAN ARE ACTIVE THEY ARE OUT THERE CATCHING MASSIVE SHARKS IN MANY DIFFERENT TERRITORIES,CATCHING NEAR RECORD BREAKING SHARKS ,AND BLAZING NEW PATHS THAT OTHERS WANT TO EMULATE.WE MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR OTHERS BECAUSE WE SHARE WHAT WE HAVE AND THE MAIN THING IS A TRUE AND SINCERE LOVE OF THE SPORT.
I FEEL LUCKY TO HAVE SO MANY TALENTED AND DRIVEN SHARK HUNTERS ON THIS SITE EVEN THOUGH I KNOW HOW HARD I WORK TO FIND RECRUIT THEM . WHEN WE FIRST STARTED THIS WEBSITE THERE WERE SOME THAT WANTED US TO FAIL ,THEY FELT THREATENED BECAUSE THEY KNEW IN THERE HEART THAT WE WERE A FIGHTERS ,ONES THAT WOULD NOT ACCEPT FAILURE ,ONES THAT WOULD NOT STOP UNTIL THIS SPORT WAS WELL REPRESENTED DESPITE THE FACT SOME WANTED US TO FAIL ,,,,HERE WE ARE STILL GROWING AND GETTING STRONGER WITH EVERY NEW TALENTED FISHERMAN THAT JOINS OUR SITE OR CLUB.TOGETHER WE HAVE EVOLVED AND BECOME A STRONG VOICE FOR SHARK FISHERMAN NOT ONLY IN THE THE STATE OF FLORIDA BUT THROUGHOUT THE LBSF WORLD. THERE ARE ANGLERS THAT REPRESENT THIS SITE AND THE CLUB IN EVERY CORNER OF THE STATE AND IN OTHER PARTS AS WELL .WE HAVE COME A LONG WAY IN OUR EVOLUTION BY THE QUALITY AND DEDICATION OF OUR FISHERMAN AND OUR COMMITMENT TO UPHOLD THE RIGHTS OF LBSF IS NEVER IN QUESTION. WE ARE AT THE FOREFRONT AND WILLING TO FIGHT THOSE THAT WOULD ELIMINATE US. Great post Will. I may not be as hardcore as all of the others on the site when it comes to shark fishing due to the fact that I now play golf professionally and I am still finishing my degree in college, so time has really become an issue for me. But I know that if I'm not in school or at the golf course, I am usually holding a fishing rod either on my brother's boat or on the beach with lines in! Im extremely excited for next year to see how many huge sharks are going to be brought onto the beach next to each of the members' campsites around Florida. I know that when I do get the time to shark fish next year, im going to try my hardest and be as hardcore as I can to land something so big that it'll take everyone i know to pull it up onto the beach!!!!!

Will I totally agree with your sentiment on taking it to the next level.
Especially the new kids on the block tryin and puttin in the time to
catch a big fish. They look to this site for guidance on matters of style
and our philosphy on how this Sport should be persued. I belive that
through our desire to improve the image and heritage of the sport
it will evolve into a respected form of gamefishing.
You put alot in to all this stuff Will. It almost brings a tear to my eye 
HAHA just kiddin. But there isnt a day that passes which i do not think of this site and all the folks who I know fish along side with me where ever they may be fishin. Like I said at the BHC cerimony, "I fish alone no longer".

The day I stepped into your office at the warehouse for the first time, I realized how much you do to keep this whole club glued together and becoming bigger and better. Thank you Will..this site features many things you can't find anywhere else such as many great old school sharkin' photos, stories of great land based shark fishermen, a multiple LBSF world record holder in Ernie, and for anyone looking to get into targeting sharks off bridges this would be the best place to find the pertinent info. The site keeps the history of land based shark fishing in our state alive and also lets people know what is currently being caught in other areas of the state. This site and all the terrific catches by many of the members of SFSC and this website have inspired me to fish longer and harder in 2011..While people on other Florida fishing sites sit behind keyboards s talkin, d riding, instigating, or braggin' on what they used to catch and how they used to fish, people from here are out on beaches, bridges, and piers tryin' to get a monster.
