Went out after school to see if I couldn't get a few jacks for shark bait, they were there but out to far, caught quite a few bluefish and obviously there were tons of tippers. The one was surfing a swell when a huge 14-15' t-head pops up behind him an almost gets him but the tip swam under the pier and the hammer couldn't. She was a monster every bit of 14ft and fat as can be, my dream hammer for sure, I wonder how many reels she's dumped in her day and how many tips, and tarpon have fallen victim to her. It's seeing fish like these that keep us coming back to the beach for more.
