Went to the Inlet and It was flat calm and slow most of the day.
Jonathan Hooks up on a nice 18lb cuda on his 1st cast... He's Good!!!
He got him on one of my hand crafted cuda tubes!!! 17inch...
We kept the cuda out of the sun for a bit before we used him for bait.
Then JD Hammer hooks up into a nice jack.
Now we had fresh bait, so we started fishing for the Blacktips...
JD HAMMER IS ON!!!
Then Jonathan hooks up!!!
I hooked up also all three of us had Blacktips on!!!
I had another Blacktip run into my line and cut me off...
So we just got a double Header!!!
Then Jonathan hooks up again!
Then JD Hammer hooks up again.
Wait this is not a tipper?!?!? Oh it's a monster Jack!!!
We had the Jack paddle the baits out for us after he put up such a fight...
Then I hooked up on my 12 0...
Then we saw Jacks and Sharks hitting bait so we casted on them...
Oh No! I hooked a Tipper on my new plug!!!
Yeah!!! I got my plug back in one piece!!!
Then they both hook up!!!
Then I hook up again on the 12 0.
Chompers!!!
Then I hooked up again got another tipper....
Then things started to slow down again...
Then Jonathan got another one in.
I got a jack...
Then Hammer got the BEAST JACK OF THE YEAR!
41lbs it broke my 50lb scale!!!
JD and Jonathan have been fishing here so much they now have a pet eel!
He is on a Mack only diet...
