Either way, according to the law, it is stolen. On top of that, he is scum. I am sure Jimmy is WELL AWARE of the laws pertaining to this..he deals stolen property for a living. Hillsborough County, busted for possessing $24,500 in stolen property..I am sure every sheriff's dept. from Collier up to Alachua is very familiar with Jimmy the thief.

I had my tld 25 stole last year and a few months later one of my fishin buddies called me up and asked if i wanted my 25 back, and i said hell yea howd u get it? He traded some guy another set up for it and didnt even see the initials on it till he got home....when he saw em he knew right away it was mine and called me, he never saw the guy again otherwise Ida found him n wooped his ass.....

Take a knife and engrave your initials and last 4 digits of your social security number in all of your stuff for when SCUM WHITE TRASH like Jimmy T come around and take it. But this guy is so stupid he is running around town with an easily identifiable rod. I am going to WALK around town today Jimmy..all day..I better not see you when I am out..
