Well, this may be the last good report from us. We watched all the oil booms go out, kinda makes it hard to shark fish with all that stuf in the water. We fished tuesday night and wensday morning. We caught a nice 8' or so greater hammer, an 8' tiger, a 7'4"bull and a 5' black tip. Monica lost an 8' tiger close to the beach. I caught the hammer on the new avet. she spun the spool backwards several times, thats what i like to see. She ate a 15lb king i caught last week. the tiger ate a small cow ray we giged last week. the bull ate a bonita and the tip ate a fresh stingray. every thing was taged and released. I took all the pics on my camera and it is on 10megpixles so i have to fix them befor i post the pics. will post soon. I'm just real busy this time of year and usually lucky to get one day off a week. Navare pier has opened and there is not a NO SHARK FISHING sighn. Things are looking good just gota find the time to go. Almost lost the will to go on count of the oil. Good luck and tight lines to everyone.

My measuring tape was rusted and wore out. I took a piece of line and cut it the same length as the little hammer. I measured the line and it was 8'9". We may go again this week if i can squeez a day off. Thank yall for the good replies.
