headed out to Jensen Beach this morning.Slammed the jacks and blue fish, finger mullet were everwhere.Got a nice 10 lb jack and free lined him.Not even 30 minutes go by and the 80w started singing. After a quick 10 minute fight I landed this 5'+ Spinner. She jumped one time and must have spun 10+ times, what an amazing sight.Used the rod holder as the de hooker and got her back on her way after a few pictures.

Nice blacktip :D Any shark is a good shark. Set up looks great and it will stop some monsters when you run into them.

thanks,The rod is a little on the light side for it. I'm not sure but i think its an 80 lb blank. We will see how it performs on a bigger fish.. :ugeek:

Man i've lived here my whole life. I'm almost 22.I can not believe how big of a migration of mullet their were at the beach. The last time I remember this big of a run in my area was 10 + years ago.If it wasnt for the fishing i'd be out of florida.Lord knows there are no jobs here. lol especially in my area of fl.
