Went to sleep in my truck at Sebation sun morning. Woke and my rod were gone. Be on the lookout for a 9ft black x gen rod with a torroum 30 and a yellow sabor with a penn 6:0. Penn Battle on a black rod . Thanks for your help in this matter. They have been reported to the police dept. If you see them call the police or me at 786-6634656. Police# is 407-4484581.

Mark-

Pics of the rods:
-golden sabre and 6/0 (not wide) high speed

actual set up

the rod with a 9/0

-the shimano torium is on a heavy rod most likely a gator blank painted entirely black with a fuji graphite reel seat, all foul proof guides and a really good tip... I have 3 pics of each section of the rod, couldn't find a pic of the rod as a whole.

Tip:

Man, if there is anything that i hate the most - is when my rod makes legs. Two weeks ago a china guy tried to put some legs on my rod, but that didn't went through to well, since was caught 2-3 minutes later in Juno. The guy toked my rod with his rod, and start washing it while he was looking around for someone to notice what he was doing, and sure enough i notice that. When i asked him what he's doing with my rod - he's answer "oh man i'm sorry i thought this is my rod" - i'm like -"yeah - it's like you would need minutes to realize that that's not your rod, but thanks for washing it". So, the moral of the story - watch your rod!

My buddy just recently had his 12/0 stolen at the Venice Pier, the crazy thing is how they stole it. We were talking about 5 feet away from it when a guy casually walked up to it picked it up and started walking away with it as his girlfriend blocked the view of the reel. Its really disappointing how people can act and shocking on what they will do.

If your tired of things like this happening take a look at a Anti Theft Device i am currently selling.

The rod was a redbone spinning rod that i use for jigging and over the summer for catching baits. That's an $150 setup with the reel on it.
My luck on catching up to this was, since eddy's rods got stolen and i start being paranoid about people being closer then 3ft from my rod. Heck i start even looking behind me towards my rods even when i fight i fish. By the way that's how i caught this guy. Before i hooked into a fish i looked back and seen my rod in the right place, and then when i hooked into a fish, 2-3 minutes later, i looked back again and bang - my rod was gone. Man i was ready to run towards the entrance - when i spotted the rod on this guy's pile washing them all, including mine. I was pissed, but i recovered it. On top of that people around me, locals, were ready to smack the guy as well, but overall - wasn't worth the trouble.

Be sure to check craigslist and ebay and local pawn shops..that really sucks someone is so lame to steal a man's rods while he's sleeping.

I almost had some of my rods stolen once at a canal while throwing a cast net trying to get bait..then some little richie rich punk and his lady pulled up in his daddy's flats boat eyeballing the s^^^ out of em..I started walking back over there and the little punk turned away, I called him out and said come on over here and get em if you want em..he didn't want them anymore all the sudden, and his lady made a good point.."lets get out of here you're gonna get your ass beat" boy was she right.

The only way to keep your stuff from being stolen at sharky's is to not go. That place is worse than bayshore which is 500' from a tent city lol
