Hey guys sorry i did'nt get back quicker been fishing hard to the end
i'm still delerious from lack of sleep ---it's been a lot of fun i would'nt
trade it for anything.We've been working out the details for the awards
presentation and tommorow we will announce PLACE and TIME so please be patient this is a tough job and our first time at it(awards,sponsors,complaints,expenses,etc,etc) .REMINDER TONIGHT 'S

I sincerely want to thank all the participants who have put in so much time and have posted so many great catches.Your spirit and effort are
proof that this is a great sport who's time has come and proof that this sport deserves recognition and representation(Thanks Mike,Sean, for being the key reps and having the insight and the desire to uphold the
rights of land based shark fisherman.Thanks to Gio for being the first to
start these tournaments and thanks to Tommy and team from BOATLESSFISHING for their desire to continue and improve them.I want to thank the guys on my team Joey and Julio who have put in so much
time and effort to compete ;despite having battled prostate cancer,diabetes and having stomach bypass your spirit and love for this sport (Julio) in the face of overwelming circumstances is what drives me to do a better job with this tournament,,,,,,,,,Julio despite being sick and very weak at times never complains,never says let's go home i,m tired he has the Heart of a Lion.I want to thank all the guys in the SOUTH FLORIDA SHARK CLUB who have been my friends for so many years and a source of inspiration also the memory of Rene deDios the purest breed of shark fisherman who gave the ultimate sacrifice for this sport.A special thanks to my brother George ,my nephew GEORGE jr and their Team Sharkmasters for renewing my faith in a unified family and it's capacity to overcome all obsticles and last but not least my thanks to my wife Maggy for all her devotion and patience with me ,,,,,,,I could'nt do it without you".
