I have no hard feelings towards anyone (at least on this site). I respect E-Polk and everyone else who puts their time in and actually puts sharks on the beach. There are a lot of posers and hanger-ons on the web but there is fewer of us who actually walk the walk. We may not always agree on everything but one thing we have to do is to stick together because our sport is constantly under attack.

Congrats on the catches, just make sure to take care of any sharks you arent going to keep.

Cody-sorry I missed this post.Yes I,m 99.99% sure those were 2-dusky sharks you caught off the pier that night.GREAT JOB.Back in the day(tpa bay shark club)that spot and 1-2miles out of Johns Pass in about 18ft of water(by boat)were the spots we used to fish for dusky sharks in the month of Nov.Didn,t know if they came in to feed on the king fish, drop pups, breed or what but when the water temp ran about 68-72 and you had a cold front they would come in there. You could fish that whole sand bar area both out going and incoming.Just watch out for Mr tower monster on that outgoing tide.Like they say-the big ones head north after being hooked.Mr tower took a nice one from me one night. Also that is a good spot for the Browns(sandbar)on both tides again in Jan+Feb on the full moon.PS I almost tried to schedule a time to fish with you and Arron in Nov to try for some duskys. But I just never had the time.Glad you had a chance to get out.Dave m
